Refund policy
Returns:
For most items, upon receipt you have 14 days to request a return. You can get in touch with me directly via the contact page. All requests will be responded to within seven business days.
Please properly wrap and insure items for approved returns. Any item not received un-used and in original condition may be rejected or have the refund amount reduced.
The buyer is responsible for all postage/freight and customs costs for a return and your item must be received within thirty (30) days of the approval for return.
Your refund will be for item cost only, no postage or additional costs (gift wrap, etc) will be returned.
Damage/Defect:
Please understand that you are purchasing an item that is handmade and one of a kind. Each item is inspected for quality before leaving my studio.
If you have a damaged item from transit or believe the piece to be defective, please contact me immediately. All damages must be confirmed with photo evidence and reported within 48 hours of receipt. Based on availability, you will be offered a refund and/or replacement at my sole discretion.
Custom Orders:
Custom orders are not eligible for returns due to the nature of this type of work. If there is a shipping damage issue, please contact me immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) and I will work with you in line with the damage/defect policy above.
